For 3.5 years, I led Numa’s in-house creative studio, reporting directly to the Chief Creative Officer and VP of Brand to scale our visual identity across Europe. My job was to make sure the brand remained visually consistent.

Creative Direction・People Management・Creative Strategy・Signage Design ・ Content Production・Photography

    1. Overseeing the creative process from concept to delivery for all design projects.

    2. Supervising creative asset development, ensuring brand alignment through feedback and approvals.

    3. Strategizing and rolling out a rebrand across digital channels and the 80+ Numa locations at that time.

    1. Optimizing internal processes and fostering cross-department collaboration for improved creative performance.

    2. Ensuring timely, on-brand delivery of visual assets across all platforms.

    1. Developing the social media content strategy alongside the Social Media team to connect with both travellers and locals.

    2. Developing different content series for Instagram and TikTok that connect with the local community and artists.

    1. Defining and updating the Interior Photography guidelines and process for an on-brand, efficient result, as the turnaround time would be of days sometimes.

    2. Rebranding the Interior Photography look and feel in order to evoke a more welcoming feeling.

    3. Managing campaign assets, photo, and video productions for location launches and brand channels.

    4. Working with external partners (agencies and freelancers) to ensure a high quality production outcome.

    1. At my arrival in 2022, there were 34 properties across 5 countries. By the time I left, Numa had 100+ locations in 13 countries. All of their signage and wayfinding was done exclusively by the Creative Studio.

    2. Upkeep and rebrand of prior locations wayfinding also took place at the same time.
