For 3.5 years, I led Numa’s in-house creative studio, reporting directly to the Chief Creative Officer and VP of Brand to scale our visual identity across Europe. My job was to make sure the brand remained visually consistent
Creative Process
Overseeing the creative process from concept to delivery for all design projects.
Supervising creative asset development, ensuring brand alignment through feedback and approvals.
Strategizing and rolling out a rebrand across digital channels and the 80+ Numa properties at that time.
Creative Operations
Optimizing internal processes and fostering cross-department collaboration for improved creative performance.
Ensuring timely, on-brand delivery of visual assets across all platforms.
Social Media Content
Strategizing social media content alongside the Social Media team to connect with both travellers and locals.
Developing different series for Instagram and TikTok.
Photo & Video Production
Managing campaigns, photo, and video productions for property launches and brand channels.

When I joined in 2022, there were 40 properties across 6 countries. By the time I left, Numa
